The MacArthur Park Board of Directors is elected by Homeowners at the Association’s annual meeting (typically held in February). Directors serve staggered two year terms and are term limited to three consecutive terms (total of six years). When a vacancy on the Board occurs prior to an annual election, a majority vote of the Board can fill an empty position. The Board of Directors welcomes and encourages the participation of Homeowners at all monthly meetings (announced in advance via email to community members and on bulletin boards located within mail kiosks).
